ApertureToViewbook (v.1.15)
Export your images from Apple Aperture® to Viewbook with this easy to install plugin. You can export to an existing Viewbook album or create a new album within the plugin. It also exports the IPTC data (captions) you’ve added to your images.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Simply download the installer below, and follow the on-screen instructions to add the plug-in to your “Aperture Plug-Ins Export” folder. In Aperture, select one or more images you want to upload to Viewbook.com. Right-click, and select Export > ApertureToViewbook…
Once in the ApertureToViewbook window, start by clicking “Login”, and follow the on-screen instructions to sign into your Viewbook account. Then, select the Viewbook album you’d like to upload your pictures to – or create a new one – and click Export to start the upload process. It’s that simple.
ApertureToViewbook will automatically add the title of your image, as well as the caption (if available), to your online gallery. For the title, ApertureToViewbook starts by looking at the IPTC field “Title”. If this field is empty, it will look for the field “Headline”. As a last resort, it will use “Version Name” as the title of your image.
